Pre-school quality

1. Crashes at least once per use. Closes and have to restart.

2. No way to select homes by age. I have to sort through every listing to find newer homes

3. No way to restrict town homes by age limits. Again I have to sort through each listing to see if there is an age restriction.

Compared to USA Mls listing software where you get lots of information. This is pre-historic software.
