Doesnt even meet the barest requirement of detecting where I am and finding listings near me. This isnt rocket science, look at Zillow and copy that functionality exactly.

I have a theory that Canadian realtors have banded together to avoid making things accessible like they are in the US. This app sure helps that theory.
