From crashes to speed and lag problems this app has taken such a step back that it is almost unusable it is so frustrating.

Before the updates, this app was great and useful. Since the updates it crashed ALL the time. So frequently that I stopped trying to use it on my iPhone and kept borrowing my BFs Samsung to open the app. Now when I try to use it, it launches and crashed before even getting past the open screen. Bring back the old realtor app!

App wont even open!

Seriously this latest update made the application unusable. Im sure its a conspiracy to stop the public for getting access to the listings. How can anyone build and release such a bug ridden application.

The app used to work. Now it just crashes, over and over again. I think they finally figured out a way to cool the Ontario real estate market. How Apple approved this app is mind boggling.

Love the fact that I can just visit a new area and the app brings up listings in that location.

Please give us back the old app that worked

The new version is very unstable. Please give me the old version.

The worst ever update. App crashes constantly, extremely slow, browsing and interface very complicated and busy, not user friendly. my user experience is very very bad. I would give negative rating if I could. Please bring back the old version or at least refer to the realtor.com apps latest update.

Awful new user interface and buggy operation the few times Ive actually been able to use the app without it constantly crashing. Deleting...

Had to reinstall and still crashes. When it works its good!

Crashes, slow, not responsive. Not useful.

It boots you back to the home screen because it doesnt want you to find a new home. Saves you money and time!

Crashes often and randomly.

Crashes constantly - even upon loading!! Waste of time to use! And its too bad because the app has a nice design and interface and would provide the required info but at this point - use the web site!

I have lived in the US for a few years and want to look at Canadian home listings so I can come back to live in my home and native land. Unfortunately the new app will only let me search with location services enabled, and keeps showing me all the realtor.ca listings in Washington, DC...i.e. Nothing. Please abandon this new version and go back to the old one--which worked fine! Otherwise Ill be stuck here!

First, youd better be sitting in the living room of the house that you want to search for, because the damned GPS feature in the search page is going to give you the results of your present location–NO MATTER THE DOZEN TIMES THAT YOU MANUALLY TYPE IN THE AREA THAT YOU WANT TO SEARCH. Did I mention this is frustrating? Now, when you do finally convince the app that you want to buy a house in Canada and NOT in Oklahoma, and if you do find a nice place, then you can forget about the "share" feature. It too was ostensibly designed by the same dumbarses that designed the search page. The share feature is going to put the listing into your email address EVEN IF you manually type in your friends email address (100x). So surrender, just go along and share it with yourself and then go into your email inbox and THEN forward it to your friend from there.

Wow, the latest version doesnt work at all. Check out Redfin for a great example to see what this app should do ... Update.... Latest version is still terrible. It always crashes within a couple of minutes. When you go back in it doesnt remember the search criteria. This is a complete waste of time. Another update.... You have gone from unusable to bad. It doesnt constantly crash anymore. But, seriously, does anyone check the features? One of the worst is when mapping you set the map to the size to what you want to see and it automatically zooms it in too far. This happens over and over again. VERY frustrating. Also, forwarding a listing should not require a subject that then does not appear anywhere in the email. You also have to retype the receivers email each time. Please go to Redfin or Trulia to see how a good app should work.

Crashes, map moves on it own, no way to get back to search if you go too far back (to main screen.). Does not save recent searches only recently viewed properties.

I have provided Realtor.ca my feedback twice on this "improved" mobile application. My biggest complaint is perennial instability : The mobile application crashes constantly -- right after you have painstakingly input various search criteria. How do you spell "frustrating", "useless"?
