You guys are just REFUSING to use the latest and greatest. just a small hint; take a look at zillow. You have probably been in existence longer but you really need to buck the tech! You almost have a monopoly whereas zillow didnt; shame on you!

Ignore everyone who gave this poor reviews, because this is a really easy and convenient app to use. It has everything that mls.ca/realtor.ca has to offer, only you can actually use it on your iphone/iPad unlike their online version. Its fast and accurate, making it easy to look up a property if you happen to drive or walk past something you like the look of. The map does jump sometimes, but so does google maps on my lap top if I hold the mouse wrong, so I reckon thats more a user problem then a programming one. The maps are clear and easy to read. The pin drops are easy to touch to bring up more property details. I love all the search options available, and yet how at the same time they dont provide TOO many options for you to fill when searching. Too many options would slow the search process, and to be frank, deter me from using. So all in all, brilliant! Give it a try!

An iPad specific version should be developed as scaling renders poor quality, the filters found on mls.ca allow more specific searches for example search for townhomes only whereas tis version combines them with apartments under one category of condo/strata...hopefully we will see improvements

This a great app, but it needs to be updated to take advantage of the iPad and all other tablets larger screen sizes. The app is to small on the iPads screen. Could not get a good view of photos due to screen size.

Favorites are all wiped out, very annoying. Sometimes, listings i know are there dont show up on map and sometimes they do when I go back in.

This is a great app as I dont need to take out my laptop to Check things. But an iPad version would be nice because its portable and the screen is much bigger

- as others have pointed out an iPad version would be nice - filter/search functions are a stripped down version of the filter functions available on the main website, which can be annoying if you are interested in particular filters such as "waterfront" properties etc... On the plus side it is great to now have a functioning mobile search app. The features that this mobile version has are great and seem to work pretty smoothly for me so far. A great way to find properties for sale around your current location.

You people should give up and license your data so someone can build a good website and app.

After update, all map view has error and can not use at all.......another patch is a must......

Useful when my internet is slow because I dont have to download bulky pages. Wish there were an iPad version.

Id like to be able to search for smaller acreage (1ac - 10ac is very different then <1) and look for views, waterfront etc. more filters please!

Very good app.

This is a great app. The location based "near me" feature makes it very easy to drive past a house for sale, and with three clicks, be looking at the listing.

Im always amazed as to how terrible the real estate board does with technology. Im not sure how you design or buy these solutions but you just dont know what good looks like. This does not follow best practices for today. Its ugly and searches fail when they shouldnt.

Wont search. Only says "no properties found". Deleting app

It works fine but needs some options added (e.g. Property additional details, etc.) to make it closer to web page.
