REALTOR.ca Real Estate & Homes App Reviews

Well see with the latest update...

Definitively a great great app. However, if youre actively searching for properties, the previous release would crash every 5 minutes guaranteed. You would need to start your search all over again. This is extremely painful if you are doing a wide search where a lot of properties are for sale. Otherwise, very convenient and useful application. Love the favourite.

Review

I find the search option doesnt work well at all. I also hate that you dont show which property has been sold, like you used to. Now, I have to search the mls number in google, then hopefully find a photo. Very annoying.

Consistent

The only thing consistent about this app is it crashing. Deleted the app lost saved properties, reinstalled to have it crash even more.

Bits Bites

Every time you use the CREA apps it is a whole new experience. Primarily a crash fest, most frustrating is that CREA developers seem to develop their apps with no concept of what consumers are looking for in an app, and with no regard to the feedback they have been given by users. For example when you are looking for a new home you are typically looking daily. So why cant you look for new properties in last day, or 2 days, etc. Instead you need use your default of one week and then wade through all the properties that you have already viewed.

Hard to read black background

Black type on a white background is much easier to read than white type on a black background. Also why do so many agents WRITE EVERYTHING IN ALL CAPS or Capitalize Every Word? Is this laziness or a lack of education?

Amazing app

Love this app!!! Totally great!!!

Zolo has better features, but less selection

The zolo app has some nice features this one is missing, like filtering by square feet. However there are far fewer listings. Wish the two apps were merged with zolos interface and this apps listings.

Cant change options

Buggy app

Crashes

Oh boy. It crashes all the time and cant use the app

Nice update....not!!!!!

New update search is terrible. Renders app useless.

From Mediocre to Worthless

With the latest upgrade, Realtor.ca has gone from a functional app to completely awful. Loads of crashes. Map view is now unusable - every time you pan or zoom it switches to list view. STOP SWITCHING THE VIEW WITHOUT USER COMMAND! Makes the app completely worthless.

Constantly crashes

iPhone 6, up to date iOS. This update wont run without crashing within 60 seconds, no matter what action taken. How do releases like this get cleared by quality control? Test before releasing!

Not ready for prime time

With the latest update this app crashes so often I think most of my data usage has been wasted on crash reports. Its taken numerous attempts and a myriad of crashes to finally get it to do a proper search. In the midst of looking for a home and this app is now almost utterly useless and only contributes to an already stressful situation.

Atrocious

Doesnt even meet the barest requirement of detecting where I am and finding listings near me. This isnt rocket science, look at Zillow and copy that functionality exactly. I have a theory that Canadian realtors have banded together to avoid making things accessible like they are in the US. This app sure helps that theory.

Unusable

How this passed pre rollout testing us beyond me. From great app to garbage!!

3 to 4, down to 1 post update

Saw the update with bug fixes and downloaded it--now the app doesnt open at all for me. :(

Horrible

Not even truly worth a star. WORST APP!!! HORRIBLE. Glitchy and pointless to try and use.

Another useless update

Your update is as useless as the previous useless app that kept crashing on me in my iOS device! Why try to fix something that was originally working well!

App wont open

With the latest update, initially the app opened - but now it just stays on the loading screen.

App is now as crappy as the website

So annoyed that I downloaded the latest update to the iOS app. Now the app is just as unusable, unstable and crappy as the website.
